'No experience' is necessary; we provide 6.5 weeks of comprehensive, paid training at our world-class Houston training center. Your Role as a Flight Attendant: Your primary responsibility is to ensure the safety of every passenger. Your Day-to-Day: This 'entry level' position begins on 'reserve' (on-call). This requires 100% flexibility. You may be called for an early 'day shift' to Chicago or a late 'night shift' (red-eye) to the West Coast. You must be available to work any 'weekend' schedule, all holidays, and be on-call for 24-hour periods. This is a dynamic 24/7/365 operation. Training & Onboarding: Successful candidates will attend our 6.5-week paid training program in Houston, TX. You will learn all aspects of safety, emergency procedures, aircraft specifics, and our standards for 'service and support'. Career & Compensation: United offers an industry-leading wage, with an estimated annual base from $48,000 to $75,000 (based on flight hours).
